E614 is a non-profit organization donating Level III ballistic plates (front and back) and carriers to sworn, U.S. law enforcement officers, free of charge to the officer. As family members of law enforcement, we believe every officer should have the best equipment possible. Our donations to officers are fueled by others' monetary donations, 100% of which are used only to purchase and ship armor.

If you are a sworn, U.S. Law Enforcement officer in need of this equipment, please submit the form below in order to request an armor donation from E614. You will be placed on our waiting list, and served on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you to verify your employment before shipping. The speed of our process depends on public donations.

We have recently standardized our sizing and are currently donating 10"x12" ballistic plates only. If you believe your size to need extra accommodation, please make a note in the message section of your request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Your E614 Armor Request." If you do not receive it, you may have entered your email incorrectly. If this happens, or if you believe you have made any other errors in your submission, please email requests@E614.org
Add the domain E614.org to your safe sender's list in your email & CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS. We may not contact you until we near your name on the list, but please monitor your email, as it is our main way of communication for questions/confirmation. Not answering an email could mean delay in shipment.
Do not worry if you do not hear from us. We do NOT delete names from our list or "pick-and-choose" who receives. We will serve you on a first-come, first-served basis, as we receive the donations to do so. Check our social media and website for updates.
We will email you as we near your name to verify your information. Your response will be required before we may ship.
Finally, you will be emailed a tracking number when your armor has shipped.
