Level III body armor to Police Officers Nationwide.

ATTENTION

We are serving approximate number 2000, for those of you who may have missed our call or email to verify address or department please contact us directly. Sadly, with no response we have had to move on with numbers on the list. Again, please reach out if you were missed. We have almost 200 sets ready to go out as of 10-12-2026. We will also be sending out a constant contact email stating please verify you are still in need. If we do not hear back in 30 days from the email, we will move on to the next officer on the list and cancel your request.

We understand it has been some time since this all started and there has been many changes in departments. Many departments like our own city chose to outfit all officers with plates and carriers thus eliminating large numbers of officers on the list. It is difficult for us to understand who does and does not have a need, forcing us to do mass emails and removing those who for whatever reason do not answer. We hope everyone understands.

Our Mission: Provide safety equipment to police officers nationwide.

U.S. Law Enforcement Officers are often not issued safety equipment that can protect against rifle rounds.

Standard issue police body armor is typically a soft body armor made of Kevlar, rated at “Level IIIa”. This level of armor will help protect the officer from most handgun rounds, but not from higher level ammunition, such as ammunition from a rifle. "Level III" ballistic armor includes steel plates that can help protect the officer from higher levels of ammunition, but many department budgets cannot provide this equipment to every officer.

100% of all donations to E614 are used to purchase Level III armor and ship it to sworn U.S. Police Officers in need Nationwide.

To be eligible, officers are required to submit a request form and supply proof of sworn employment with a U.S. law enforcement agency. E614 serves officers on a first-come, first-served basis.
